By attending Fer Fudardi, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry & Access

- All children above the age of 1 year require a valid pass. Children below 1 year can enter free.
- Each pass admits one individual only.
- Organisers reserve the right to check a valid Government-issued ID to verify age, if required.
- Entry remains at the discretion of the organisers at all times.

2. Dress Code

- Traditional attire is encouraged for children and parents to preserve the cultural essence of Garba.

3. Safety & Security

- This is a child-centric event. Parents/guardians are required to accompany their kids at all times.
- Prohibited items include weapons, fireworks, sharp objects, lighters, helmets, laser devices, alcohol, and hazardous substances.
- Security checks may be conducted at entry.
- Smoking, alcohol, and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
- No lockers or storage facilities are available; please take care of personal belongings.

4. Photography & Media

- Professional cameras, DSLRs, drones, and recording equipment are not permitted.
- The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of images/videos featuring you and your child for promotional and archival purposes across digital, social, and print media.

5. Conduct

- Respectful and safe behaviour towards children, parents, and staff is mandatory.
- Any misconduct or violation of safety protocols will result in removal from the venue.

6. Liability

- The organisers, partners, and sponsors are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss of belongings, or damages occurring during the event.
- Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the safety of their children.

7. Refund & Cancellation

- Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable, even in case of cancellation or rescheduling.

8. Legal

- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

- The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to the dance zone if attire does not align with the cultural sanctity of Garba.

3. Safety & Security

- Security checks may be conducted at entry.
- Prohibited items include but are not limited to: weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, helmets, lighters, alcohol, illegal substances, and hazardous materials.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or possession of controlled substances is strictly prohibited.
- No outside food, drinks, or beverages will be allowed inside.

4. Photography & Media

- Professional cameras, SLRs, DSLRs, drones, and recording equipment are not allowed without prior written approval.
- This is a documented event. By attending, you consent to photography and videography, and agree that images featuring you may be used for promotional, digital, and print purposes.

5. Conduct

- Attendees are expected to maintain dignity, respect, and decorum at all times.
- Harassment, misbehaviour, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate removal and possible police action.

6. Liability

- The organisers/hosts/sponsors/performers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to valuables.
- Attendees are responsible for their belongings.

7. Refund & Cancellation

- Passes once purchased are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable, even in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling.
